How often should my windows be cleaned?
This is entirely up to you. Most of our customers are cleaned every 4 or 8 weeks and we recommend this, but it depends on personal preference.

How much will it cost?
Every property is different, and prices will vary depending how many windows there are, and how accessible they are to clean. We feel we offer a professional service for very reasonable prices.

Do you come on the same day each visit?
As we work on a 4/8 week cycle, our work is based around this. We can always provide the next date, and if you require, you can be contacted the night before as a reminder!

WHY HAVE YOU LEFT MY WINDOWS WET?!
We use pure filtered & deionised water to clean your windows. This involves the use of a carbon fibre telescopic pole, a soft brush and 100% pure water which we have filtered through a five stage filtration process. We remove the dirt from your windows with a purpose made window cleaning brush then rinse the glass. The pure water is left on the windows to dry naturally without leaving watermarks.

What do you do if it rains?
Unfortunately living in England we do have a lot of rainy days, and with that we often get the question ‘will you still clean the windows in the rain?’. The common misconception is that windows get dirty because of the rain, when in fact rain water is actually very clean! The dirt actually is built up from other sources (e.g. pollen, bird droppings, insects or your garden hose!). When the windows have been cleaned, the rain will simply run off or still dry clean.

How do I pay?
There are many ways in which our customers can pay, we accept cash, card payments, BACS and direct debits can be set up via GoCardless (the details and links can be found on the ‘Payment’ page)

You cleaned my windows but not my conservatory roof?
Conservatory roofs are booked as a separate job and are not included in your normal window cleaning price. Most customers have this done once or twice a year.

Do you do builders cleans?
Unfortunately not, our pure water cleaning system uses a soft brush to remove everyday dirt. It is not designed to remove cement, mortar, paint or silicone. We also find that customers are too quick to blame the window cleaner for scratching their glass when in fact the scratches was caused by the builders.
